At TenAntiques, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handcrafted lighting. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards. However, if you experience any issues with your order, our team is here to help.

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your light arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To assist us in resolving your issue promptly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging

  • Your order number (as shown on your confirmation email)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange either a free replacement or a refund for the damaged light.
You will not be required to pay return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.


General Returns

Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you choose to keep the product but are not completely satisfied, we may offer a partial refund of the purchase price.


Important Information

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

  • Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Orders placed with incorrect addresses are not eligible for a full refund.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@tenantiquesstore.com.

Warranty

All TenAntiques lighting products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
If you experience an issue, please contact info@tenantiquesstore.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the problem — our team will assist with repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
