We take great care to ensure every light is carefully packed and shipped so it arrives safely at your door. Please review our shipping information below.


Handling Time

All lighting orders are processed with a 3–5 business day handling time. Each piece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure safe transit.


Shipping Times

Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update in the carrier’s system.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, it’s usually due to courier delays — your order will most likely still arrive within the shipping window above.


Change of Address

We’re happy to assist with address changes within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your order has shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery address.


Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, we can accept cancellations only before the order has been dispatched.
If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.


Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • If possible, reject the parcel with the courier and contact us immediately.

  • If the parcel was delivered while you were away, email us at info@tenantiquesstore.com with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you right away.
